Why choose us?
At LeBlanc Physical Therapy and Wellness, services are based on the one-on-one client model. As a physical therapist, I take pride in providing quality care for my clients. My goal has always been to have a small physical therapy clinic where my clients were like family. Aside from our few group wellness session offerings, when you come to LeBlanc Physical Therapy and Wellness for physical therapy, you are with me for the entirety of your session. I focus on quality, hands on, one-on-one sessions that allow for manual skills and exercise that
produce results!
Because I am a cash based physical therapy clinic practicing under direct access physical therapy, we are not driven by insurance regulations and our treatment plans can be based off your individual goals. We can get results sooner and get you back on your feet! I also continue to maintain relationships with local doctors in the event you require follow up with a physician.
I want to be your family physical therapist.

"Abby is awesome! Very professional and she makes Pilates fun. Don’t stress if you’ve never done it before. You can do your first session with just Abby there or bring a friend or two and try it out in a private setting together. Also I’m a family practice PA and have sent several patients to her over the years for physical therapy."

"Abby LeBlanc is an absolutely amazing physical therapist. I can't recommend my physical therapist enough! I call her my physical therapist because I worked with her as a tech for approximately 3 yrs. Her expertise and attention to detail truly sets her apart. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable. Abby’s commitment to providing excellent care makes every session worthwhile for her patients."

"I've been doing Pilates for around 6 months now and I'm already seeing some great changes in my body. It's amazing how much my strength and coordination have improved! When I first started, I was quite nervous because I had never taken a Pilates class before. However, Abby was incredible and really patient with me, which made me feel so much more comfortable. She adjusted the exercises to match my abilities and taught me all the moves. This place is definitely worth trying out! One of the things I love the most is that there are only three people in each class, or you can even do a private lesson. Abby really knows how to make it enjoyable and fun!"

I am considered out of network for most insurances, however some of my services are not offered in the Central LA area and you may qualify to use your insurance. It just takes a little effort on your part, a few documents and conversations with insurance. I am more than happy to assist you in this process.

Yes! Pilates is great for all ages, activity levels and body types. Pilates works on strength, mobility, balance and stress levels. There are some precautions with certain moves, but with my PT background, we are able to accommodate and make your session what you need.

Yes! I prefer at least 1 private session or a 3 person introductory group class to get you comfortable on the machine before joining. However, I do have some fantastic groups who are more than happy to welcome a new person if scheduling is an issue.
